1. Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
• Returned items must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, and include all original accessories.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items caused by customer handling.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

3. How to Request a Return

   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you wish to return
   • The reason for the return
2. We will provide return instructions and our return address.
3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Replacements

• If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may request a replacement.
• All replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.
